Evolving Link Between Industrial and Retail Real Estate

Link Between Industrial and Retail

There is an evolving link between Retail and Industrial Logistics. We are so proud to be involved in a project at the forefront of the changing dynamics. Our project, French Valley Commons in Riverside County, is a Mixed-Use Retail and Industrial Center. The Industrial side currently has buildings ranging from 25,000 – 50,000 square feet available for purchase or lease that offer single and multi-tenant opportunities for smaller and medium-sized tenants, Which is rarely seen in the market! This center allows retail tenants to bridge the gap in their ‘last mile’ distribution.
